**Job Advert Summary**:
Responsible for the implementation of Document Control functions on projects
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Administrative experience 3+ years in a Document Control environment
- Experience in a PLM Software will be an advantage
- Working knowledge and proficiency on MS Office suite, Excel and Accpac
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Data Inputs to Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool and other databases.
- Ensure implementation of Document and Records Management processes and give inputs to the Data Manager for improvements.
- Creating documents in Teamcenter and controlling registers.
- Checking and Distribution of technical information to internal and external recipients as per specification procedures.
- Responsible to follow-up all Engineering information issued for review and approval.
- Responsible for data loading and data archiving upon completion of the project.
- Perform Administrative duties to support Document Control Function in the Data Department.
- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing register for the library,
- Responsible for granting access to the library and other housekeeping duties.
- Responsible for adhoc projects and departmental reporting.
- Training of engineering team members on document control systems as required.
- Liaison with Site Document Administrator on document control matters.
