Our client is seeking a highly motivated
**CRM Manager** to join their fast-growing and dynamic team in Pretoria North.
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to develop targeted communication campaigns, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty
- Analyse customer data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints
- Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize communications and promotions
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer lifetime value, customer churn, and campaign performance
- Manage the CRM platform and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the overall effectiveness of the CRM program
- Lead generation and nurturing
- Lead assignment to different sales Representatives and follow ups
