As a Sales Enablement Communication and Recognition Program Specialist, you are responsible for owning the sales enablement communications calendar, working with the internal Group Communications team and other relevant stakeholders, and for managing the end-to-end Monthly Sales Champions Program, working closely with regional teams.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Enablement Communication and Recognition Program Specialist, you are responsible for owning the sales enablement communications calendar, working with the internal Group Communications team and other relevant stakeholders, and for managing the end-to-end Monthly Sales Champions Program, working closely with regional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own and execute on the Sales Enablement communications calendar working closely with relevant stakeholders, SMEs and internal comms
- Summarize and consolidate communication reports and continuously
- Use insights about communication engagement to improve integrated communication plans and tactics
- Provide regional MSC leads with bi-weekly report on all closed opportunities which have closed and meet the qualifying criteria for the Monthly Sales Champions program
- Pro-actively identify possible opportunities for the month, for submission into the Monthly Sales Champions program - work with regional leads to ensure submission before the close dates
- Collaborate with Insight and Analytics team on Win Seller Insights and quality check information captured on the Win Insights Survey platform (Medallia), for compilation of the Monthly Sales Champions newsletter
- Provide an overview of entries for the month, along with possible winners per category to executive leadership for choosing winners per category
- Compile and distribute monthly newsletter including all submissions, notable wins, and winners of the month
- Raise and track POs for each winning category for the incentive award to be paid out to the opportunity team
- Manage and maintain the SharePoint page dedicated to the Monthly Sales Champions program, ensuring that all recent wins, and relevant data are uploaded consistently
- Extend win and loss insights for more meaningful and shareable content for Sales
**Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous sales operations and enablement and/or communications and/or marketing experience in a business-to-business sales environment as well
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneous duties and responsibilities
- Experience with Salesforce and MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
