**Motus Aftermarket Parts** is searching for an **Admin Clerk**. The purpose of this position is to perform daily administration, maintain and update NAPA Member, Supplier database details, Supplier price lists and assist with sales queries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or support person.
- Must be detail orientated
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communicational skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Grade 12- Essential
- Previous administrative role experience

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**:

- Working in an environment where customer service is paramount.
- Attention to detail
- Good reporting Skills
- Administrative writing skills
- Good organizational skills
- Analysing Information
- Professionalism
- Deal with customer account and sales queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication skill
- Competency in MS Word; Excel; PowerPoint

**Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to**:

- Maintain and update NAPA Member and Supplier database details, Supplier price lists.
- Maintain and update NAPA Member contracts.
- Manage all communications to members and suppliers ie: change of detail; price increases; promotions.
- Calculation of promotion credit values according to supplier sales detail
- Design of all NAPA promotional flyers.
- Manage the NAPA Digital platforms.
- Assist with sales queries
