**Regional Manager**:
The position for a Regional Manager is vacant within the Fidelity Security Services Group - Specialised Services Department, reporting to the General Manager. This position will be responsible for the provision of security services to oversee all Operations and based at the Helderkruin Branch.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- PSIRA Grade A/B registered.
- Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport is required.
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in the Security & Protection Services Industry especially within the Mining Security Sector.
- Working knowledge of the Firearm Act and Firearm competency for Business Purposes.
- Health and Safety experience.
- Staff management experience is required.
- Computer literacy with expert knowledge of the complete Microsoft package.
- Sound planning, administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills are required.
- Developing of policies/procedures and SOP’s.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Great understanding of Security Management statutory requirements and dynamics.
- No criminal record or any pending cases.
- Medically Fit.
- Willing to travel Nationally.
**Requirement / Function**:
**Investigations**:
- Ensure a Management Prelim reports are compiled within 24 hours post all incidents.
- Ensure a Management update reports are compiled 5 working days post all incidents.
- Ensure a Management Final reports are issued within a month post all incidents.
- Make findings and recommendations on all incidents that occur in your region.
- Review investigation reports for management.
- Ensure prevention of similar incidents and losses in region (Propose possible counter measures and supply relevant Quotes).
- Ensure control measures implemented in region.
- Ensure recommendations accepted.
- All Incidents reported and logged on CR 360.
- Incidents documents and photos loaded on CR360 and put to "Completed status".
- Submit investigations report to client.
- Discuss and agree root cause off incident with Client.
- Implement corrective action on root cause findings.
- Successful action taken by FSG Branch Management in region.
**Operations**:
Internal Customer satisfaction in region. Manage all OA Service Evaluation
- Reports obtained / managed on exception based - everything under 90%.
- Ensure 15 DC/Warehouse visits per month of your region.
- Ensure 4 after hour visits per month of your region.
- Ensure Weekly meetings with the client as and when required.
- Ensure Monthly Minuted meetings with the client and site executive team.
- Combine all captured information of region accurately monthly on the platform provided to yourself and submit by the 01st of each month.
- Attend to ADHOC requests as and when required.
- Compliance Site Instructions/SOP’s (Signed off). Reviewed weekly to ensure it is still relevant.
- Site Risk Assessment (Last SRA done). Reviewed on site visit to ensure it is still fit for purpose (Feedback to be supplied as part of the monthly Client KPI meeting).
- Site Safety File (implemented) current.
- Summary of Security / FSS Site Inductions & Medicals confirm still updated.
- FSS Staff Files (Site Files) ID, PSIRA & Certified ID Copy etc.
- Officer PPE issued and in good condition.
- SD6 Duty Rosters.
ADHOC postings (Report on ADHOC postings to National Contracts Manager and Client).
- Managing compliance on all the ABInBev WhatsApp Groups.
- Polygraph Testing / Discrepancies actioned.
- Training plan for year develop for guards updated and relevant.
- Post Specific Training.
- SHE Induction Training completed.
- COVID-19 Training (When applicable).
- Fire Fighter & First Aid Training.
- Alcohol Tester Training.
- FSS Employees issued with ABInBev Access Cards.
- Guard Patrolling System / Active Track & Panic Button working.
- Active Track Daily Reports reviewed and managed accordingly.
- Equipment (Torches etc.) Total working condition.
- External Armed Response / Panic Buttons working.
- Electric Fence - working and tested each shift.
- Electric Fence alarms and strobe working.
- Fire Alarm System / Control Panel in working condition.
- CCTV Cameras (Total on site). CCTV Cameras in working order.
- Are all Scanners in working condition.
- Supervisory After-Hours Visits.
- Management of Branch After Hours Visits.
- Management of Branch Site Visits OB / Register in place.
- Site walk about inspection ID any new risks during visit.
- Site Test on SOP are up to date with a pass rate of >90%.
- Cancom scanning done on all trucks entering and exiting site.
- Technical Tracker to be completed and maintained for new equipment / repairs Forwarded to client on a weekly basis (Critical matters to be addressed immediately).
- Compiling of special instructions as and when required i.e. After Hour Access
- Procedures to High Risk Sites etc.
- Track and resolve all pending Claims.
