**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, Tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) within the relevant field of operations/admin required
- 2-3 years experience in similar role required
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Pastel advantageous
- Own vehicle required
- Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to learn
- Be able to take initiative
- Follow through on instructions given

**DUTIES**
- Manage Reception area
- Manage office supplies & consumables
- Support the Operations manager with:

- General admin for key accounts
- Monitoring of credit limits
- Dispatch of orders & liaising with couriers
- Customer after sales service
- Handling customer credits
- Support the Admin Manager with:

- General filing
- Creditor/debtor control
- Financial month end & year end
- VAT submissions

**Salary**: R12 R14k, negotiable dependent on experience
