Warehouse Clerk

**Job description**
- We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk-Driver/Picker with excellent management skills with driving experience. As a Warehouse Clerk you should be able to complete tasks given by the Warehouse management staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing receiving warehousing, and distribution operations
- Implementing operational policies and procedures
- implementing and overseeing security operations
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Ensuring the safety of staff and surroundings
- Motivating and disciplining staff
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles
- Assisting with deliveries where required
- Picking and packing orders for delivery
- Performing quality checks when required by the supervisor.
- Minimise packing errors.
- Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime.

**Wearhouse Clerk Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the retail or suppliers’ industry as a Warehouse Clerk.
- Preferably living in the relevant branch area
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good understanding of stock distribution and planning
- Good understanding of picking and packing distribution
- Good understanding of travel trip sheets and planning
- Excellent customer service
- Preferably able to start immediately.

**Qualifications**
- High School (matric)
- Similar warehousing: 3-5 years
- Valid Driver's License
