We have a compelling opportunity for a multi-skilled, Producer/Traffic Manager for the role of Senior Content Studio Manager at the HQ of a renowned, global homeware brand in Somerset West, in the Helderberg region. As Content Studio Manager you will oversee the company’s content studio creation and production of their creative communication assets and content. This is an exciting role in which you’ll enjoy a super balance of duties - serving as Project Manager/Studio Traffic/Workflow Manager as well as Producer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing creative briefs from initial submission to final completion
- Liaising with subsidiaries and other departments to understand overall business and specific project needs
- Partnering closely with the commercial team, ensuring commercial needs are understood and reflected in the creative work
- Driving operational discipline across commercial and creative teams
- Ensuring feedback and alignment processes are respected and followed across the entire creative design process
- Assessing briefs, assigning designers to projects and trafficking through the studio
- Responsible for the liaising with the local South African teams regarding shared resource management and planning
- Financial management of photoshoots and driving budget accuracy
- Maintaining accurate records of all creative assets and ensure the correct filing
- Bringing in external creatives when required
- Maintain and update the internal management tool (Trello)
- Provide a weekly up-to-date report on work currently scheduled and work completed.

**Requirements**:

- A tertiary qualification in marketing/advertising or brand communication from an accredited Institution
- 6 - 10 years’ experience in an advertising or brand communication agency environment, as either a client service executive, a production, traffic, project, or studio manager
- A portfolio of projects managed that demonstrate the level of skill and experience required for this role, covering state-of-the art digital communication
- Experience in working on global accounts is advantageous
- Extremely effective communication and project management skills
- Strong management skills and leadership qualities
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and how to use them
- Working with omnichannel retailers would be a benefit
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite - mandatory
- Understand all the elements of the creative design process from end-to-end
- Capable of working effectively and efficiently with people with different backgrounds and objectives
- Demonstrate outstanding operational discipline paired with “out-of-the-box” solution thinking
- Proven track record of project managing a creative team and partnering with external creatives and agencies
- Strong production management skills
- Proven people management skills
- Experience with recruiting and processing external creatives into the business
- Experience managing financial budgets and timelines
- Adaptability: Maintains effectiveness in varying work environments where circumstances and priorities are changing
- Extraordinary communication skills & excellent inter-cultural communication skills (oral, written and listening): Able to adapt his/her oral and written communications to audience and fosters clear and effective communication with others.

- Working on-site in the Helderberg area.
