We are seeking a skilled Marketing Content Designer to join our team at Emporium Human Capital.

Salary Range: R20K - R25K

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating and curating engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engages our audience, and supports our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, infographics, presentations, and web visuals.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing directors to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with brand guidelines and achieve set objectives.
  • Design and deliver promotional materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Maintain a library of marketing assets for internal use and monitor and update content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and content creation, with a strong portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Corel Draw.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Insightly).
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website design.
  • Photography or illustration skills are an advantage.
