**Job Description**:
1. To take responsibility for compiling quotes accurately and timeously as allocated by the Admin Supervisor.

2. To take responsibility for effective enquiry processes.

3. To revise and update quotations as needed until accepted and signed off by the client.

4. To take responsibility for getting quotations and Terms & Conditions signed prior to handing over to Events Coordinators.

5. To see to it that client files are opened and maintained with all info regarding the booking enquiry until hand-over to Events Coordinators.

6. To obtain all relevant quotations from Service Providers and Operations Departments to ensure that quotations are properly compiled.

7. To liaise with the Admin Supervisor regarding any queries related to quotations.

8. To take responsibility for guest satisfaction and return business.

**Qualifications**:
1. Matric / Grade 12.

2. Hotel School or Event Management Training would be an added advantage.

3. Must have good communication & organizational skills.

4. Must have minimum 1 year event or sales co-ordinating experience.

5. Knowledge of Banqueting Operations / Food & Beverage Operations is an advantage.

6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is essential.

7. Must have knowledge of Conflict Management & Cultural Awareness.

8. Excellent customer relations skills required.

- Operationally required to work in smoking areas.
