Our Durbanville family clients are seeking an au pair to assist their family of 2 children, a girl of 18months and a baby boy of 3months for 4 days a week flexible between Mondays and Fridays.

They seek an au pair who:

- Has major experience with young babies and toddlers. This newborn and childcare experience must have been from professional childcare/ au pair/ teaching at a preschool.
- Loves Loves Loves Babies
- Likes a structured constructive day.
- Loves to play and educate children.
- Flexible to stayover when needed re Mom & Dad having a date night, or occasionally when Mom goes to JHB for work. (extra pay)
- Willing to go away on holiday with the family for a week or 2 during the year (extra pay)

**TIME**:4 days a week between Mondays to Fridays from 7.30am to 3.30/4pm.

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Arrive and do a handover from the Mom.
- Feed the baby and the Toddler breakfast.
- Spend time in the playroom playing with both children.
- Put the baby down for his morning nap.
- Do some educational/ Creative play with the toddler including some physical exercises to strengthen her core muscles.
- When the baby wakes up from his nap take them both out for a walk in the area, to the park or play in the garden.
- Or just play and have fun with them singing, dancing and being silly.
- Feed them both lunch.
- Put them both down for a nap, or sit and read stories to the toddler etc
- Mom is also home some of the afternoons to help when one of the children goes to OT or Physio.
- Tidy up the playroom and put all in order. do a debrief with Mom and its time to go home.
