Minimum Requirements:

- Must have Hotel/Guest House experience & Matric Certification
- Must reside in Durbanville or surroundings
- One year’s prior and recent experience.
- Experience in MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- A pleasant disposition.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Key performance areas**:

- Check out guests.
- Check in the guests
- Answer and transfer calls
- Show guests to relevant hotel or conference rooms
- Respond to guest requests and complaints, and advise relevant departments
- Print and issue meal plans
- Administer petty cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist the reservations manager with making reservations.
- Update guest feedback spreadsheet.
- Update database where necessary.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
