Management of the Service Desk Teams and deliverables

Management of Customer expectations

Achievement of Service Desk metrics

Reporting and presenting Service Desk metrics

Management of capacity requirements

Management of training requirements

Management of documentation

Performance reviews

Ad hoc duties as required by management

Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification in IT

ITIL certification would be advantageous

At least 6 years’ Service Desk experience

At least 5 years’ experience managing a large team

SAP/ITSM/CRM knowledge is an advantage
