My client, a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to driving impactful change in addressing some South Africa’s challenges through various offerings in the Enterprise Development, Community Education in Livelihood creation, Financial literacy, Environmental, and ECD sustainability space, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to join their team.

We are seek a highly skilled and motivated Programme Manager to lead the project management function with excellence and dedication. This position is based in the Johannesburg office.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Project Management**:Oversee the project management function across all projects within the business, ensuring discipline and consistency.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and support all project managers, coordinators and assistants. Distribute responsibilities and allocate projects equitably. **Entrepreneurship Journey**:Shape the entrepreneurship journey for those in our incubation and acceleration programmess to improve MSME business performance. Engage in MSME-facing activities such as growth plans and business development services.
- **Co-create and review programme designs and implementation**: During sales process support sales staff in programme design as part of the proposals and regularly review programmes for relevance and optimisation.
- **Resource Management**:Ensure the team has all necessary resources to work optimally.
- **Budget Management**:Review and approve all project budgets, as sales and during implementation. Accountable for revenue recognition.
- **Trainer Management**:Recruit, track, monitor and allocate trainers to various projects nationally.
- **Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)**:Collaborate with the MEL department to co-create M&E tools, including the Theory of Change. Interpret, analyse and make decisions using data. Passion for creating and showcasing impact is essential.
- **Cross-Functional Team Management**:Lead and manage cross-functional teams**.**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to project related tools, processes and templates.
- **Client satisfaction**:Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring continuous communication about project status, timelines and costs. Collate and manage project information and reports ensuring relevant stakeholders are well-informed of project status. Develop forward plans of workflow and ensure timely action by all stakeholders.
- **Process Orientation**:Maintain a strong focus on processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects, 3 of which must be in a Programme Manager level.
- Proven experience in managing and conceptualizing projects (Essential).
- Must have experience in Managing Enterprise Development Projects (Essential)
- Qualification and/or certification in project management (PRINCE II, PMP, CAPM, etc.) is (Essential)
- Experience with accredited training programmes is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams end-to-end.
- A passion for team growth and development is essential.

Pay: R400 000,00 - R480 000,00 per year
