**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
**Sales Presentations**: Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients, showcasing the company’s products or services.
**Client Needs Assessment**: Work closely with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, tailoring product or service offerings to provide solutions.
**Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
**Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations and guide prospects through the sales process to secure new business and meet sales targets.
**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
**Market Research**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s products/services.
**Follow-Up & Relationship Building**: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a new business development environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
