Provide diary management support by ensuring that the calendar of the manager is properly co
- ordinated and confirmed,

Plan and co-ordinate the daily electronic diary of the relevant managers and ensure all meetings and deadlines are communicated to relevant parties,

Ensure that transaction work, maintenance of records, registers is accurate and within agreed timeframes while maintaining departmental system to ensure data integrity

Keep the relevant executive / manager informed of various activities within and outside the group,

Follow-up on assignments / tasks delegated by the executive / manager, and

Initiate dialogue to build professional working relationships with all stakeholders displaying excellent abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate, and present at all levels.

Committee Management

Co-ordinate all management meetings including but not limited to the Financial Crime committee, Market Conduct committee, Data Privacy Committee, General Compliance Committee (incl Payments risk committee), Currencies and Exchanges Committee and Monitoring Centre of Excellence Committee meetings, etc.

Prepare committee packs, including attendance register,

meeting agendas.

Draft committee minutes and ensure timely distribution of committee actions and packs.

Create, maintain and update records, in an orderly and comprehensive manner.

EXPERIENCE

1 to 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
