Marketing Specialist - Creative Content & Design

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. This multifaceted role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in both visual design and content creation, while also possessing the ability to support sales initiatives and manage digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
- Design and update website content to ensure a fresh and engaging online presence
- Develop eye-catching logos and brand assets for various campaigns and initiatives
- Craft compelling content for company social media platforms
- Write engaging copy for marketing materials, website, and sales support documents
- Maintain and optimize WordPress sites, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and performance
- Work closely with sales teams to develop tailored marketing materials
- Assist in creating pitch decks and sales presentations
- Provide creative ideas and solutions to support sales initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
- Excellent creative writing and copywriting abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint for presentation design
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role combining design and marketing responsibilities
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and content creation
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
