**PROGRAMS & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - JOHANNESBURG**

**KEY FOCUS AREAS**

Programs and Community Development Management - Manage regional community development projects, initiatives, sponsored schools and any other relevant project from Support Office in Johannesburg for the regions of Cape Town, Johannesburg, North-West and Limpopo. Coordinate and host community experiences. - Ensure that the necessary programs are coordinated and maintained with excellence. - Work with staff, sponsors, donors, partners and stakeholder of various skill levels and cultural backgrounds. - Participate and give input into community development forums, community leadership meetings, community and school board meetings and any other relevant stakeholder, program or department. - Regional management of community relations and the Foundation’s brand and positive perception in regional communities through all relevant stakeholders. - Regional management of SUPPORT OFFICE guest community visits, experiences and activities with maturity, integrity and honesty. - Regional fundraising through community experiences, events, activities and other relevant fundraising initiatives. - Effective and efficient communication with guests, sponsors, donors, project staff and stakeholder on related projects. - Execute and ensure that all the prescribed administrative functions are performed with excellence. - Manage the expenditure and donations for all relevant projects. - Compile all reports, feedback and administrative documentation as required. - Coordinate logístical and operational needs relevant to projects managed and as required. - M&E, quality control, progress tracking, feasibility, development and learning reporting and documentation of regional projects implemented and Foundation project tasks. - Development of new ideas and strategies. - Monitor regional expenditure & safeguard assets as prescribed by SUPPORT OFFICE.

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Matric and industry related tertiary qualification (degree in social development, environmental education, community development, hospitality)
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar field.
- Driver’s license.
- Personal integrity.
- Teamwork but can work well independently too.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
