Our client based in Durban north is seeking a highly motivated and professional Personal Assistant to join their team and support our Company Director in driving success.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the right-hand person to the Company Director, managing their schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

Manage communication on behalf of the Company Director, ensuring a positive and efficient flow of information.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
