Managing calendars, scheduling meeting and handling correspondence as directed
Travel and Visa arrangements
Organizing company events
Data input and company record maintenance
Assisting with basic review, editing and formatting of MS Word documents
Errands and adhoc activities when required
Qualifications:

Grade 12, Tertiary Education in Administration or Secretarial Sectors will be an advantage
**Experience**:
**Experience/Criteria**
3yrs experience in a similar role
Experience in financial services will be an advantage
Advance MS Office experience is required
