1. Personal Assistant Duties:
- Administrative Support: Manage the employer’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Errands and Logistics: Assist with personal errands, travel arrangements, and general day-to-day tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Confidentiality: Ensure discretion and confidentiality in handling personal and professional matters.
2. Social Media Management:
- Content Creation: Design, write, and schedule engaging posts for various social media platforms.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build strong customer relationships.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and provide insights for improvement.
- Brand Representation: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, image, and goals.
- Ad Campaigns: Assist with setting up and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
3. Marketing and Business Development Support:
- Promotional Campaigns: Coordinate and promote special events, offers, and announcements.
- Content Collaboration: Work with other team members to create consistent branding across platforms.
- Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and innovations to keep the brand competitive.
4. General Assistance:
- Be flexible to support additional tasks that may arise within the scope of business or personal needs.
- Offer creative ideas to enhance the company’s and the employer’s digital presence.
Pay: R5 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelors (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (required)
