- Understanding of first line support
- Intermediate skills working with Excel and Word
- Solid numerical aptitude
- Telephonic skills
- Computer literacy (general computer literacy & navigation)
- Basic Technical Knowledge/Understanding
- Good communicative voice / tone
**Minimum requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service, Helpdesk or Call Centre environment
- Matric/Grade 12
