Sales Account Manager - CCTV Solutions (4+ Years’ Experience) - JHB North
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with assigned accounts, driving sales of our CCTV solutions, and exceeding established targets. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, building trust and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations, tailoring solutions to specific client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals, securing profitable contracts and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape, identifying new business opportunities.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, engineering, support) to ensure seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling CCTV solutions or related security technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota consistently.
- Strong understanding of the CCTV industry, including current trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
