**Job Description**:
Be a trusted advisor to clients optimizing banking outcomes.

Target prospective clients and acquire new business that fits the Absa value proposition

Retain existing key client relationships and further cross sell opportunities within this client set.

Working alongside Product Partners to ensure delivery of complex product solutions

Manage active transactions by working with deal teams to ensure objectives are met and the offering is of a high quality

Adhere to Pricing Policies and drive origination structuring and implementation of transactions with the assistance of product partners

Remain abreast of Global and Local trends and translate these into Customer-focused strategies

Contribute to the strategic and financial objectives, while maintaining standards

Maximization of value to clients ,develop new, and maintain existing client relationships to establish a strong client network

Collaboration

Operate in accordance with ABSA’s Risk Appetite and lending procedures

Ensure adherence of ABSA wide compliance and risk policy procedures

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
