Logistics Administrative Clerk

Qetello Holdings is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of POD/Admin Clerk. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing proof of delivery documents, managing customer credits, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify proof of delivery documents.
- Manage customer credit accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the operations department with administrative tasks.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
