Job Summary:

Qetello Holdings is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of POD/Admin Clerk. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing proof of delivery documents, managing customer credits, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify proof of delivery documents.
  • Manage customer credit accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the operations department with administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
