Customer Service Assistant

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle in store sales and customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Assist with processing orders, refunds, exchanges, and returns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and typing skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with challenging situations.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
