We are looking for talented individuals to join our clients on a **Contract/Temporary **basis who have excellent communication skills, great customer service skills and must have excellent attention to detail.
**Office Admin/Receptionist/General Admin**
- Greeting visitors.
- Managing security and telecommunications systems.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Filling
- Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
- Preparing vouchers
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing
- Recording and maintaining office expenses
- Handling travel arrangements
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
**Requirements**:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Minimum 1-year experience as an Administrator/Receptionist
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
**Please Note**:

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
