**Learning and Development Specialist - Johannesburg**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
***
- **Managing Training Needs Analysis to determine the learning needs from an individual and Organisational perspective**
***:

- **Helping with the Design and Development of the L&D initiatives in response to change needs**
***:

- **Aiding business units in developing and implementing programmes and initiatives to build the capability of our leaders**
***:
***:

- **Make certain and conduct the training needs analysis (TNA) with the business leaders to determine the learning needs from an individual and Organisational perspective**
***:
***:

- **Helping for and with BBBEE verification audits**
***:

- **Managing and co-ordinating training requirements for different levels of the organisation based on current and future capability and mandatory needs, whilst ensuring effective management of a centralised L&D budget**
***:

- **Ensuring Employment Equity Committees are actioned, and plans are implemented according to Business plan and legislation**
***:

- **Acting as the liaison for the Cluster with CATHSSETA, Travel’s SETA**
***:

- **Aiding with EE Committees and the submission of EE reporting**
***:

- **Making sure all training is registered and recorded for Board Meeting purposes**
***

***

**Experience & Qualification**
- **Microsoft Office, Advance Excel **(non-negotiable**)**
***:

- **Experience with HRIS systems, People 300**
***:

- **Experience with EE and Training Module in People 300**
***
- **Relevant degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience**
***
- **3 - 5 years’ experience of working in an L&D environment**
***

***

**Knowledge & Skills**

***
- **BBBEE knowledge**
***
- **Ability to analyse HR processes and make practical recommendations to clients**
***:

- **Have a working knowledge of applicable local laws and regulations related to the Human Resources function**
***:

- **Demonstrate leadership skills, including strong business and professional acumen**
***:

- **High level of inter-personal and communication skills to handle sensitive/confidential situations and documentation**
***

***
