**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Director of Sales **located in Johannesburg. The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading and managing sales teams, and identifying new business development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on sales performance and strategies.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, charisma, and the ability to motivate and guide the sales team towards success.
- Drive the sales team to close deals with clients, ensuring a positive and profitable outcome.
- Establish and maintain a solid track record of achieving sales numbers and leading successful sales teams.
- Act as a self-starter, taking initiative and proactively identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- **Able to Travel once a Month**

**Qualifications/ Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing /Sales or equivalent field
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Charismatic leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales optimization techniques.

**Salary**: Up to R90 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 7 years (preferred)
- Executive Management: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
