A well established company that specializes in providing conveyor belt vulcanizing and splicing solutions, is looking for a Sales Director. They offer products and services related to conveyor systems, focusing on maintenance and optimization for various industries. This position will require the Sales Director to develop a highly competent sales team, lead and manage the Team and give strategic direction.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric
A degree in Mining /Mechanical Engineering is highly recommended
Previous experience in Conveyor Belts / Vulcanizing and Splicing Solutions
Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating the entire sales lifecycle, seamlessly navigating from strategic planning to successful closure
Extensive background serving in pivotal roles such as Sales Executive and Sales Manager, providing a valuable edge.
Proven track record as a dynamic Head of Sales, adept at crafting client-centric solutions that are both distinctive and attainable
Specialized experience in Conventional Mining and Materials Handling, showcasing a nuanced understanding of industry intricacies
Possesses valuable knowledge in splicing would be an added advantage

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to surpass sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving organizational goals
Establish and convey clear sales objectives, consistently offering feedback on the ongoing progress towards these goals
Cultivate enduring and robust customer relationships, collaborating closely to comprehend their business goals and requirements
Stay abreast of industry-specific trends and landscapes, ensuring a nuanced understanding of the market dynamics
Skillfully convey value propositions through compelling presentations and proposals, showcasing the unique benefits of our offerings
Regularly report on factors influencing strategic shifts in account directions and tactical budgets
Inspire, coach, and train team members, setting ambitious goals, ensuring accountability, and providing constructive feedback, rewards, and recognition
Collaborate closely with customers to gain insights into their business needs and objectives, fostering a partnership-oriented approach
