**Role Overview**:
The Business Development Executive at Tassei Tech will be pivotal in executing innovative sales strategies, exploring and securing new business opportunities, and fostering enduring client relationships. As a senior leader, you will drive our business growth and play a crucial role in our mission to deliver outstanding software outsourcing solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Formulate and execute a business development strategy tailored to the outsourcing industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
- Identify emerging markets and industry shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Manage client negotiations and partnerships, aiming for long-term mutual success.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to the executive team for informed decision-making.
**Who needs to be our Business Development Executive?**
- You're an entrepreneurial spirit, someone with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing.
- At least 2 years experience in Software Development.
- Your track record isn't just impressive; it's proven with tangible growth and business expansion results.
- Negotiation isn't just a skill for you; it's an art form you've mastered, coupled with strategic vision and leadership skills.
