**Overview**:
As a Client Service Administrator in our Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of financial data and delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your responsibilities will span a range of crucial activities, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of Onebase.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Precision in Data Delivery
- Execute data gathering, loading, and capture processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of financial data to clients within agreed-upon timeframes
- Validate data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure data quality meets our high standards
- Client Onboarding Excellence
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate a smooth integration process for new clients
- Align with project scopes, ensuring that onboarding processes meets client expectations
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address onboarding challenges promptly and effectively
- Documenting Deliverables and Role
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, processes, and deliverables
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for internal and external reference
- Regularly review and update documentation to reflect any changes in processes or client requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Respond to client queries promptly, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and optimise the overall client experience
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in the financial services industry
- Ideally, 2-3 years’ experience in a client service role
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Technical, Business, Finance, Administration, or Communication (advantageous)
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Proficient in Excel
- In-depth knowledge of the finance industry, including financial instruments, market dynamics, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and client-servicing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong time management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Unwavering attention to detail, minimizing errors and ensuring data accuracy
- Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate challenging situations
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage diverse client portfolios
- A continuous thirst for knowledge, staying abreast of industry developments
