**INTRODUCTORY**

The General Manager will be responsible to manage all aspects of the organisation effectively and efficiently in line with the organisation's MOI and in conjunction with the guidelines set by the National Board.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years property and community scheme management, a relevant tertiary education in the field will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the STSMA, STA, POPI, PPRA and CSOS Act.
- Minimum 5 years in a management position.
- Pretoria based.
- Must be willing to travel [own vehicle and valid driver's license]

**MAIN OBJECTIVES**
- Managing membership, customer, and stakeholder relationships.
- The monitoring, evaluation of performance of all the regional operations.
- To ensure effective co-operation and teamwork amongst the various departments and regional offices.
- The planning and implementation of any strategies and technologies.
- The successful and timeous completion of day-to-day office administration, marketing initiative, HR and other activities as may be required, to maximize the staff potential within the team.
- To ensure that the Regional Co-Ordinator’s are prepared and capable of running their regions.
- Be proficient in financial and administrative management
