Join The Kartal Distribution, a dynamic distributor of world-renowned Flexfit Headwear and Happy Socks. The Kartal needs you to work independently in the Gauteng region, with training and quarterly meetings held at the Cape Town head office.

We are seeking a talented sales and business developer to drive sales growth and maintain strong client relationships in the Gauteng region. With our support, you will tap into an already established market, using your expertise in the apparel and accessory industry.

**ABOUT YOU**

Are you motivated to sell and have the ability to develop and expand business in the fashion accessory industry?

As an experienced sales professional, you understand the importance of building relationships and meeting targets. Your knowledge of the apparel and accessory markets, coupled with your self-motivation, will ensure your success. The Kartal Head Office team, based in Cape Town, will provide ongoing support, ensuring efficient customer service.

**WHAT WE OFFER**

Competitive basic salary ranging from R15,000 to R20,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

Commission on sales based on a sliding scale.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and deliver engaging presentations to prospects.
- Track sales activities using our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date information.
- Communicate customer and prospect product requirements to relevant departments.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Coordinate with team members and departments to optimise sales efforts.
- Provide weekly reports and assist with budgeting.

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of 2-4 years in external sales.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Highly self-motivated with a drive for success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets.
- Working knowledge of current CRM systems.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
