**_About the Position: _**

Join our innovative team as an Account Manager in the Client Engagement Services department within the Fintech industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to proactively manage and enhance client relationships across a diverse portfolio of accounts. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our client engagement initiatives and strategies, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while contributing to revenue targets and business objectives.

**_Qualifications and Skills: _**
- Matric and NQF level 5
- Minimum 1 year+ experience in relationship management within a solution-based environment, preferably in tech/fintech.
- Strong knowledge of Fintech market, industry, products, and systems.
- Proficient in sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent account management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to forecast and plan effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, and other relevant sales systems and tools.
- Proactive, innovative, and growth mindset.
- Solution-focused with the initiative to continuously improve processes.

**_Primary Responsibilities: _**

**_Account Management: _**Proactively manage allocated portfolio of clients, resolving queries, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Promptly address issues with new and existing accounts.

**_Continuous Improvement: _**Gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**_Revenue Targets _**: Meet or exceed revenue targets for allocated client portfolio. Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, focusing on retention and long-term partnerships.

**_Administration and Reporting: _**Prepare regular reports on client portfolio, maintain data integrity in various software systems, and ensure functionality.

**_Collaboration: _**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and service delivery with client expectations.
