One of the oldest and most prestigious law firms based in Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands is looking for a “Conveyancer” to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years post admission experience as a conveyancer
- Admitted as a conveyancer and preferably also as a notary

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Conducting searches for any third-party claims
- Conducting searches for outstanding mortgages on properties
- Ensuring that there are no defects with title deeds or contracts
- Ensuring that there are no outstanding legal matters relating to the property
- Helping clients understand and prepare for any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process
- Handle title disputes, which could arise when two parties claim ownership of an asset or piece of property
- Only open to South African citizens.
