**Job Description**:

- The SHE Administrator Reporting provides administrative SHE Business Systems support services to Anglo American Platinum’s SHE employees.

**Responsible for operational Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental Reporting.**
- Submission of accurate safety and health information to internal and external parties such as the DMRE and other statutory bodies within defined timelines
- Consolidate and generate quality safety, health, and environmental reports for management as required and communicate daily to the Complex
- Generate regular site-specific Safety, Health and Environmental reports for SHE and Management meetings
- Manage SHE data to ensure consistent reporting from the transactional systems into the various group reports
- Co-ordinate the monthly collection of DMRE legal submissions which includes the packaging, submission register update, dispatch, and receive acknowledgement of receipt back from DMRE post submission
- Hard copy filing of all monthly submissions and the electronic upload into SharePoint and the Server as a secondary backup
- Co-ordinate all SHE Functions, Purchase Requisitions, following up on Purchase Orders

**This role forms part of the SHE Safety Department of Mototolo at a Band 8 level reporting to the Site Safety Manager.**
- Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Administration qualification.
- Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be medically fit.

**Required Experience:
- At least 5 Years Work experience in the mining and/or processing industry.
- Experience working with SAP, SharePoint, Isometrix

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Legislation applicable to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment
- Company Governance Policies, Procedures & Management Systems.

**Additional information**
- Good written verbal and communication skills in English
- Valid South African Driver’s License
- Must be prepared to overtime when required
