**Minimum Requirements**
- **Matric**:
- **8 - 10 Years relevant working experience**:
- **Relevant Degree/Diploma in Facilities Property Management**:
- **Experience in office management and facilities management**:
- **Proficient in technology and IT systems**:
- **Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols**:
- **Basic accounting knowledge**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations with precision and foresight
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with external Vendors
- Strategically plan and manage office space layout for optimal functionality
- Coordinate seamless office moves and relocations
- Serve as a liaison between building management and team
- Collaborate with external Stakeholders, including Landlords and Property Managers
- Monitor and manage utility services for sustainable and cost-effective practices
- Implement energy-saving initiatives
- Develop and implement effective emergency response plans
- Coordinate with emergency services, ensuring the safety of staff
- Manage maintenance budgets
- Implement and enforce comprehensive security protocols
- Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost-saving
- Coordinate seamless IT support for office equipment and systems
- Oversee necessary upgrades or modifications to meet compliance standards
- Explore and adopt sustainable solutions for waste management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify growth opportunities
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process
- Facilitate a seamless on-boarding process for new team members
- Organize travel plans and accommodations
- Provide essential meeting support, ensuring efficiency in agenda preparation and minutes distribution
