Paraplanner / Admin Assistant for Financial

**About the job**:
Taking responsibility for preparing and maintaining detailed client files and records. The highest compliance and organisational standards are critical and being able to provide historical context to clients in relation to their advice journey is a pre-requisite.
To provide effective and timely administrative assistance for Financial Advisors. By ensuring all administrative duties related to services offered by Trulogic are done in a timely and effective manner.
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR**
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- **Assist the Financial Advisors** in establishing new client relationships by providing back-office support
- Assess client’s financial circumstances in terms of risk and health planning, wealth planning, retirement planning and estate planning
- Understanding and managing client information and meetings on behalf of the **Financial Advisor**:
- Search, flag and managing of potential business opportunities within the existing database
- Attend to business retention and cancellation requests
- Manage and monitor the lapse process, notifications, warnings together with agreed upon clients’ arrangements
- Record keeping and updating of the Client Relations Management/CRM system/PROFIDA relating to all service and business requests
Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
