- Maintain and update receiving board.
- Follow and enforce internal processes and procedures.
- Manage and monitor all incoming and outgoing administration.
- Oversee all capturing of all invoices, receipts and deliveries.
- Manage and assist with stock count processes. Creating plan, capturing information, Investigations etc.
- Manage daily counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Oversee correct electronic filing of documentation.
- Oversee printing of invoices and delivery notes per route sheet.
- Manage and oversee external warehouse movements and related admin.
- Assist and manage delivery drivers and assistants.
- Manage warehouse administrators and their functions.
- Regular reporting on stock movement and key measurements.

**Requirements**:

- Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Qualification (Advantageous)
- Financial Management and/or Shipping Qualification (Advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Sage X3 (Not negotiable)
- 3 - 5 Years Warehouse Admin Experience
- 5 Years People Management
- Honest, ethical, high-performance standards
- Results and target driven
- Good communicator and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing to work shifts and in a cold environment

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
