Our Client requires the service of a suitably qualified / experienced Senior Talent Search Specialist.

**POSITION**:Contract 3 months to perm

**COMMENCEMENT**: As soon as possible

Role reports into: Group Talent Manager

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
**JOB OBJECTIVES**:
**Talent Attraction**
- Develop and implement a **sourcing strategy with local talent pooling** for highly repeatable roles in targeted locations.
- Overseeing and monitoring end-to-end recruitment principles across the business, including the management and monitoring of metrics.
- Administering end-to-end recruitment (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychometric tests, conduct background checks etc.) for specialist and senior roles across the business.
- Develop and lead local campaigns and** targeted sourcing strategies** aligned to our employer brand as well as industry best practice.
- Manage value-add projects such as **internal mobility initiatives** and talent pipelining as well as Employer Branding and EVP enhancements.
- Develop and refresh recruitment training materials (e-learning) and facilitate the development of new and existing line / hiring managers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to review historical hiring patterns in order to improve future hiring practices and decisions and facilitate hiring forecasts.
- Continually seek to improve process and innovates current practices in line with global standards and processes.
- Provide meaningful reporting and analysis that enable quality decision making as it relates to our recruitment process.

**Talent Management**:

- Drive and facilitate agreed talent management principles and outcomes across the business; monitor and champion agreed talent activity.
- Maintain **quarterly reporting** to ensure process integrity.
- Drive diversity and inclusion in our recruitment and talent management implementation.
- Drive and facilitate recruitment and talent management system and process efficiencies in order to improve the access to, and quality of information provided to the business- Valid SA Driver’s license required and clean criminal / credit record.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant 3year tertiary **degree or 4year diploma.** Post Graduate Degree, or related supplementary certification would be advantageous
- At least **7 years corporate** and/or relevant specialist search experience which includes the full talent attraction, talent acquisition and talent management life cycle.
- A proven track record of organisation and industry wide search expertise across senior specialist and leadership roles.
- A proven history of conducting** market mapping analyses **within the financial services sector will be highly advantageous.
- **Active superuser of an established applicant tracking system/**s facilitating the end to end recruitment journey including the ability to draw data/insights via the correct use of technologies.
- An expert knowledge of best practice recruitment and people-related tools including external resume databases, online sourcing platforms and market mapping technologies.
- The incumbent must be an experienced LinkedIn user with strong recruitment marketing skills.
- A proven track record of business partnering and leading senior leadership dialogue regarding talent and career management principles
