JustMoney.co.za is a trusted voice within the personal finance sector. The JustMoney platform offers articles, money management tools, and various financial solutions and services. More than 700,000 South Africans are registered on the free credit score platform to stay informed and make good money choices.

The JustMoney Coach is an individual who utilises the JustMoney Platform which is designed to help individuals improve their credit management skills and achieve financial stability.

As a coach you will provide clients with personalized coaching sessions that cover topics such as budgeting, credit scores, credit solutions and debt management.

The JustMoney Platform is available to anyone who wants to improve their financial knowledge and skills. The program is particularly useful for individuals who are struggling with debt, as the coaching sessions can help them develop strategies for paying off their debts and managing their finances more effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Providing support and recommendations to clients’ financial problems by acting as intermediary between Sanlam Personal Loans, Ooba Home Loans, JustMoney Protect, DebtBusters and other partners through:
Identifying solutions that clients need through assisting clients with

Improving their credit score

Financial review

Budget review

Debt Consolidation

Insurance product offerings

Home loan assessments

Vehicle finance assessments

Using the WebChat platform to engage and identify need for financial assistance

**Transferring live calls to**:
Financial Consultants of clients in need of Debt consolidation or debt relief

Sanlam of clients in need of Credit Facilities, such as Personal Loans and Credit Cards

Ooba Home Loans of clients in need of bond origination or further advance

Handling Proactive Outbound calls to encourage engagement with client

**Key Requirements**:
Must be more than 6 months employed in current position

Must have no valid disciplinary issues on file

Knowledge on the National Credit Act and FAIS Act (highly beneficial)

Excellent knowledge of IDM Group products, processes and systems, particularly Debt Counselling and Insurance products

Qualifications - Degree

**Key competencies**:
Principled and ethical behaviour that upholds IDM’s vision and values

Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)

Strong time management skills.

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

The ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Ability to quickly adopt new processes and procedures.

Target driven.

Able to work well in a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours
