- Action and manage billing process across departments on all new link orders and changes with suppliers based on pre-sales team feasibility requests.
- Action and manage process across all departments for all link upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- Reconcile and compile monthly rebates for dealers to be issued on a quarterly basis
- Reconcile all service billing changes and work with the Creditors department to submit and follow up on credit requests from suppliers.
- Checks, verifies, and collates information on monthly voice billing files and assists contracts department in billing all services within monthly timelines and debit order runs.
- Reconcile all vendor invoices for monthly service charges to customer billing monthly. Highlight areas of concern to management and manage process across departments to rectify any issues that have been raised for each service.
- Provide feedback to contracts and management every month on number of new contracts signed up for the month and how many links we are being billed for compared to what we have billed to our customers.
- Maintains a set of equipment, material, and other cost accounts in accordance with predetermined breakdowns; balances accounts and reconciles to general books; makes adjusting, opening, and closing entries.
- Verify and vetting of all contracts and deal paperwork submitted by Projects and/or dealers before ordering any services with suppliers. Ensure orders are signed off by relevant department manager before proceeding with link orders.
- Collaborates with management and administrative staff to provide proactive risk assessment across all departments.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- Financial management or Bookkeeping diploma
- Needs 2 years + knowledge and with reconciliations of accounts and billing systems.
- Needs 2 years + knowledge and experience working in the Telecommunications Industry.
