An opportunity exists in the Global Training team of the Assurance Division of Mazars; an international professional services firm, based at Mazars House in Century City, Cape Town.

Must be a team player and have the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Global training webinars:

- assisting in planning (creating invites)
- coordination (communicating with trainers and participants)
- monitoring of registrations
- analysing the attendance to each session (with comparison to registrations, analysis per region and country)
- Live webinars: assisting facilitators with Teams Live Events and/or Teams Meetings, creating MS Forms and summarizing the results
- Preparation and issuance of certificates of completion or attendance for both trainers and learners
- Audit training community: creating invites for monthly meetings, preparing slides, responding to some correspondence (questions for more information, queries from countries that require more materials, sharing slides with participants), monitoring replies to meetings invites and analysing attendance to meetings.
- Rebranding of some training materials: PowerPoint presentations (slides for training delivery) and Word documents (guidance to trainers)
- Ensuring contact lists is updated
- Communication (updates on new courses released or webinars being offered):

- informing the audit learning community
- preparing communication to be shared with the Learning Management System's administrators
- preparing posts for group internal communication
- Ad hoc assistance when required within Mazars Academy and Upskill Studio departments

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate or equivalent qualification
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a similar environment
- Enthusiasm and curiosity
- Ability to work remotely as direct line manager will not be based in South Africa
- Ability to plan, anticipate and time manage their own tasks as well as to adapt to new priorities when needed
- Advanced proficiency in:

- Microsoft Teams (including Teams Live Events)
- MS Forms
- MS Excel (Advanced level)
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-starter
- Ability to manage self
