In this role, you will be given the ability to draw upon your insight and expertise to shape our digital marketing strategies and oversee all our initiatives to promote brand awareness. Your remit will include finding both creative and tested approaches to engage our audience, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and, ultimately, delivering customer acquisition and retention.

Over the past two decades, our co founders have achieved great success worth multiple millions in both hospitality and software. We have been building Guestflow for the last 2 years and a proactive and sophisticated marketing strategy is now required as we launch our product internationally to help achieve the next phase of our growth, to £3M annual revenue over the next 3 years.
**About the Role**
**Purpose**
The Digital Marketing Lead will be accountable to the Co-Founders, and have responsibility for creating and executing Guestflow’s annual marketing plan from start to finish. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver qualified leads for the sales team to ensure the Company hits its sales targets in line its projected growth. This will include a key focus on target customers as well as potential partnerships.
**Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Deliver Marketing Strategy**:Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget that aligns with the company's goals and purpose. This includes both short-term and long-term plans and both internal and external marketing.
- **Content Strategy**:Develop a content marketing strategy that engages our audience, educates, and nurtures prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Brand Identity**:Constantly develop the Company’s brand, audience and reach. Transition the company towards being internationally recognised as an industry leader.
- **Team Development**:Build, train and develop our future marketing team from the ground up. Collaborate with the sales team to maximise prospect generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- **Increasing Conversion Rate**: Implement, maintain and review analytics systems to allow us to assess efficacy and keep increasing our conversion rate year on year.
- **Stay Ahead Of The Curve**: Research and evaluate market trends, audience insights, and media channel performance to identify opportunities for effective media campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- **Suppliers & Partnerships**:Co-ordinate media buying and partnership management to expand our reach and enhance our brand.

With a strong grasp of a wide range of digital marketing strategies, you will be an innovative high performer who has the experience to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our business. Having a track record of utilising effective marketing strategies to generate prospects and grow sales, including a strong working grasp of both metrics and content marketing, you will be able to demonstrate past success as a results-oriented digital marketer.
**Must Haves**
- A strong track record of utilising digital B2B marketing strategies to deliver sales in a startup or scale up environment
- Tech savvy, and proficient in SEO, SEM, marketing automation tools (including AI) and CRM systems
- An evidenced-based approach, to measure results and achieve targets
- Comfortable and capable of overseeing and managing all elements of the marketing function whilst being prepared to take on a wide-range of responsibilities as required in a startup.
