But, if you have that IG Group energy and you can stand behind what we believe in, let's raise the bar together.What you'll need for this roleYou'll need experience in:At least 5 years experience working within the financial industry, in a managerial capacity, ideally in a client facing/touching departmentExtensive experience in providing excellent customer service and understanding the client journey/experienceExperience in providing departmental performance reporting and analysis for senior stakeholdersTeam management and leadership experienceA previous background within Financial ServicesEssential skills we are looking for:Strong, demonstrable and situational leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood knowledge of IG's business, processes and the Trading Services role and functionsOutstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization and with key stakeholdersAbility to make and enforce quick, decisive and proactive actions when necessaryA logical and analytical approach, while being able to make quick and binding decisionsWorks well under pressureHighly organised with good time management skillsEducated to Degree levelStrong numeracy skillsStrong operational mindset with passion for detail and improvementHow you'll grow When you join IG Group, we want you to have more than a job '“ we want you to have a career.
