**About Our Retreats**

We work with extremely high end guests in a private 1:1 retreat setting offering a powerful holistic program for stress, burn out, anxiety, depression, addiction and more. Working with a team of 7 other therapists we provide our clients with an outstanding experience and a proven program that works.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Holistic Executive Life Coach to join our team at a highly recognised and respected holistic mental health retreat and addiction rehab center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough 360 degree assessments of all areas of a client's life.
- Conduct powerful and intensive individual coaching sessions with clients, focusing on their unique needs, goals, and challenges related to mental health and addiction. We expect results after every session.
- Develop and implement personalized coaching plans that address clients' professional and personal development, stress management, mind tools, relationship issues, health issues, work-life balance, and overall well-being using the complete Alive Coaching Process which you will be trained in. We use a step by step coaching process that you will follow.
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and a full team of mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care whilst pacing your sessions to suit the team flow not a personal one.
- Follow clear and careful direction from the Retreat Director and Program Facilitator to map the clients journey and ensure impactful results. You must be able to be guided in a retreat setting by others.
- Employ various coaching techniques and assessment tools to support clients in identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that may hinder their growth and recovery.
- Assist clients in developing strategies to manage workplace and home stress, improve performance, enhance leadership skills, and prioritize self-care.
- Support clients in establishing and maintaining healthy routines, boundaries, and relationships for sustained success and well-being.
- Lead group coaching sessions and workshops on topics relevant to mental health and addiction recovery.
- Provide guidance and support to clients' families, helping them understand and address the specific challenges faced by professionals and executives in mental health and addiction recovery.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust coaching plans accordingly, ensuring ongoing growth, development, and recovery and communicate your findings to the group each day.
- Maintain strict and absolute confidentiality as per our team agreements and work within the firm boundaries of our client management, legal and booking conditions.
- Create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share their concerns, aspirations, and challenges.
- Stay updated on current research, practices, and developments in executive coaching, mental health, and addiction recovery to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Be willing to be trained in our specific process to enhance your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or training in executive coaching or a related field.
- Additional certifications in mental health coaching or addiction recovery coaching are highly desirable.
- Additional certifications in yoga, meditation, fitness, healing, hypnotherapy, ACT therapy an advantage.
- Proven experience in coaching executives or professionals in mental health and addiction recovery, preferably in a retreat or rehab setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health challenges specific to professionals and executives, including family pressure, wealth management, stress, burnout, work-life balance, and extreme high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- High energy and loves bringing that energy to the team.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment where issues arise everyday and you have the confidence to confront them with ease.
- Ability to build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with clients for the long term supporting them well into their life and home integration post program.
- Empathy and understanding for the unique challenges faced by professionals and executives in seeking mental health support and recovery yet ability to hold very strong boundaries and call out troubling behavior that is affecting the team, client growth or professional working environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to stay updated on current research and advancements in executive coaching, mental health, and addiction recovery.

Payment & Yearly Salary Expectations

Rate is dependent on experience and skills.
