**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Excellence**: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to ensure compliance with industry and company standards. Identify process and system shortfalls, implement corrective procedures, and drive business controls to achieve optimal efficiency in our Fitment Centres.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Conduct regular verification checks on expenses, financial transactions, and asset management to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. Ensure adherence to financial business processes.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Monitor customer feedback, analyze trends, and guide the resolution of complaints to enhance customer satisfaction scores (NPS). Promote a culture of service excellence.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
- **Brand Standards**: Monitor compliance with brand standards, identify corrective actions, and work with stakeholders to align with required standards.
- **Financial Processes**: Support the Finance Department by maintaining accounting functions in SAP, ensuring compliance with financial processes.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- **Education**: Grade 12 and a relevant Business Diploma.
- **Knowledge**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PG Glass Operational Systems and Practices, and Business Administration.
- **Skills**: Strong budgeting, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- **Experience**:
- 7 years in a relevant role.
- 3 years of general management experience.
- 1-2 years in a PG Support Centre or Operations environment.
