**ROLE SUMMARY**:
We are seeking a number of highly experienced and detail-oriented Project coordinators to join our team.

Our protective services team provides hundreds of projects per year across multiple locations simultaneously, and we are expanding to include project coordinators to support the coordination and administrative component of our projects.

The project coordinators will be responsible for supporting client liaison, vendor relationships and all project administration, including financial file preparation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and administration and finances across multiple countries simultaneously
- Coordinate project logistics.
- Must be customer orientated with a strong understanding of exceptional service delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure that milestones & KPIs are achieved
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including clients.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct detailed financial reconciliations, project file completion and resolve discrepancies
- Work cohesively with team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline project management processes
- Preferable Bachelor's degree
- Degree in project management & must with preferable finance training
- 3+years of experience in project management, logistics, or a related field, with a focus on managing multinationals
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects across multiple countries
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Financial management skills, including reconciliation and invoicing
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

**RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Project management degree
- Tertiary finance qualifications
- 3+ year’s experience working on projects across multiple regions simultaneously
- Professional / Corporate level of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- Advanced Microsoft Training
- Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Clear Criminal & Credit / Finance history
- Must have own transport
