Helloan exciting new opportunity has just become available in our **Insure, Learning and Development area.** We are looking to recruit a **System Trainer.**

**Role Objectives**:
To assume overall responsibility for all Business Systems Training to Insure. Create and maintain a learning culture and provide learner support and guidance. Enhance the image of the company through the continuous delivery of efficient and effective customer service. Prepares training materials and implements training programs to teach and guide Hollardites in properly utilizing various systems used in the company's daily operations. To develop systems competency and skill sets to Hollardites to be self-reliant to effectively and efficiently perform in their role in the work place.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical expertise: To train Business systems processes and procedures for Claims, Underwriting and Credit Control processing areas across all COE (Centres of Excellence) within Insure
- Reporting: Provide all information on number of Insure Hollardites trained and submit to the Training Manager as required for WSP, ATR and EE reporting.
- Facilitation: Prepare and deliver systems training timeously to support business processes and co-ordinate training for all Branches/ COE’s.
- Prepare training material: Compile and develop user guides and documentation on system processes and procedures as well as system enhancements and workarounds..
- Results: Instil uniformity of business processes and procedures supported by systems and assume responsibility for formative assessment and provide guidance to trainees and provide feedback to management (if applicable).
- Customer service: Provide timely and professional customer service to stakeholders.
- Effective and timeous communication: Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external parties and respond to queries within 24 hours.
- Recordkeeping: Attendance registers, invoices, training register etc to be kept up to date at all times - copies to the Training team for skills development reports.
- Delivery of training. Travel throughout Insure branches as the business and role dictates. Delivery TEAMS training session and provide post implementation support on new or enhanced systems.
- Quality Control: Conduct study material review and monitor learning effectiveness. Adapt training delivery, update exercises and approach to simulate real business cases for different products incorporating current business practices and product specifics.
- Feedback: Timeous feedback on learning outcomes to relevant role players
- Market intelligence: Keep abreast of IT deliverables, new systems and enhancements and incorporate implemented changes in future training.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant training legislation and internal policies and procedures.
- Continuous process improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve and deliver simulated business training cases.
- Support: Provide general training support to the other trainers; business users, BA’s and Testers and assist with ad hoc projects as and when needed. Assist with UAT to gain knowledge and understanding of the business requirement in accordance to specifications and participate in the implementation thereof.

- Continuous Process Improvement: Ensure full compliance to all processes, policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- TCF: Ensure that customers are treated fairly and in the Hollard Way
- General: When required perform any other duties necessary for the operational effectiveness of the company that is within your ability and scope

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- 3 years’ Systems training experience in Short term insurance
- Passionate about learning and development
- Aptitude for systems
- Good understanding of skills development, employment equity, SAQA and FSC
- Willingness to travel extensively when required

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric
- B Comm Risk Insurance degree/ diploma or equivalent.
- NQF Level 5 or higher insurance specific qualification
